- First point of contact for our passengers
- the face of the City-Bahn Chemnitz
- Advisor for our customers on VMS and Deutsche Bahn fares, timetables and connections
- Rescuing passengers in an emergency in the event of disruptions, during replacement services and at major events, both on the train and on the platform
- Everyday hero for people with limited mobility
- Ticket inspector
- Key figure in the management of ticket machines, the distribution of passenger information and quality surveys
You can look forward to a challenging and recognised qualification programme. You can expect exciting and varied tasks with intensive support and, if you pass the exam, a permanent position with attractive standard pay.
The training centre at our training partner (Die Länderbahn GmbH DLB) has many years of experience, including qualified and committed trainers. You will also receive intensive support from our company and have a competent contact person at all times.

To make it work with us, you need
- Completed vocational training and ideally professional experience in the service sector
- a valid car driving licence and a vehicle
- Very good knowledge of German and basic English
- a well-groomed, friendly and self-confident demeanour
- Enjoy dealing with people and a high degree of service orientation, sense of responsibility, commitment, resilience, ability to work in a team and empathy
- Self-organisation and personal responsibility,
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays for our passengers

- 27 days holiday during the qualification
- After passing the exam, you can choose whether you would like to work 38 hours per week with 27 days of holiday per year or 39 hours per week with 6 additional days of holiday
