Apprenticeship as a railway employee (d/m/w)

Do you want to set the right course for your life?

Then start your professional future with us in a future-proof, dynamically growing company with flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths.

With us, you can contribute your ideas and help shape our vision for the region. As part of your training to become a railway employee, you can expect varied tasks with intensive support and almost 100%ige prospects of being offered a permanent position. Our qualified and experienced trainers will always be at your side throughout your apprenticeship and afterwards. As an apprentice, you will work in all departments, as each one is essential for the smooth running of the railway. Mutual understanding for the work of our colleagues enables us to successfully solve even the most difficult tasks together. You will gain an insight into our administration, work in the control centre, create timetables in operations preparation, shunt and look after our passengers.
