Deutsche Bahn's Mobility Service Centre (MSZ) organises everything you need in case you require assistance getting on, changing or off the train (for example, a lift for your wheelchair). The DB service centre will also answer your questions about suitable trains, the accessibility of stations and minimum transfer times.
