As a trainee, you will work in all departments, as each one is essential for the smooth running of the railway. Mutual understanding for the work of our colleagues enables us to successfully solve even the most difficult tasks together. You will gain an insight into our administration, be the first point of contact for all kinds of questions in the customer centre and accompany our passengers on the trains.

With us you will learn
- know the universe of merchants
- dealing with praise and criticism in the customer centre, advising our customers on tickets, fares and connections and selling tickets
- on our trains, the accompaniment of our customers, the possibilities of supporting passengers with reduced mobility and, as part of the ticket inspection, our variety of fares and how to deal with conflict situations
To make it work with us, you need
- At least a good secondary school leaving certificate or completed vocational training
- Enjoy dealing with people
- a flair for first-class service
- really keen to go the extra mile for our passengers
- Very good team player, sense of responsibility and reliability
- Stress resistance and physical and mental fitness
- Willingness to work in shifts and on Sundays and public holidays
- Very good written and spoken German
- basic knowledge of English or the willingness to acquire or deepen this knowledge
