As a municipal railway company in the heart of the "City of Modernity", we are the driving force behind the Chemnitz model and the most innovative transport provider in the region. On the rails, we combine the railway and urban tram network to form an efficient and integrated public transport system and offer people in the central Saxon conurbation a reliable, barrier-free and transfer-free transport connection to Chemnitz city centre - in the interests of the environment and for sustainable regional transport development.
To make it work with us, you need
- Completed vocational training and ideally professional experience in the service sector
- a valid car driving licence and a vehicle
- Very good knowledge of German and basic English
- a well-groomed, friendly and self-confident demeanour
- Enjoy dealing with people and a high degree of service orientation, sense of responsibility, commitment, resilience, ability to work in a team and empathy
- Self-organisation and personal responsibility,
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays for our passengers

- Of course, permanent employment after passing the exam
- 27 days holiday during the qualification
- After passing the exam, you can choose whether you would like to work 38 hours per week with 27 days of holiday per year or 39 hours per week with 6 additional days of holiday
- An attractive monthly salary during the qualification programme and, after successful completion, remuneration in accordance with the standard national pay scale plus performance-related shift allowances
