- Signal box not fully operational until the middle of next week - train booster impossible
- For the time being on Monday (16 October 2023), buses are replacing the cancelled trains
- City-Bahn thus secures school transport on the first day of school
Chemnitz - The railway traffic signal box for line C11 (Chemnitz Stollberg) will not be operational until the middle of next week. For this reason, the trains between Neukirchen-Klaffenbach and Stollberg will have to be cancelled (see PM CBC 18/2023). To ensure that school transport can still run smoothly after the holidays, the City-Bahn will be operating on the section in question. on Monday bus amplifier.
The buses start on Monday every hour from 6:17 a.m. in Stollberg and from 6:40 a.m. in Neukirchen-Klaffenbach. The SEV stops in Adorf, Jahnsdorf, Pfaffenhain, Niederdorf and Stollberg-Schlachthofstraße will be served. The journey times differ from the usual railway timetable.
The City-Bahn asks all passengers to allow for sufficient time when using the bus boosters and, if this is not possible, to switch to the C11 trains, which run every hour. The replacement timetables are available at www.city-bahn.de/stoerungsmeldungen
Whether the bus amplifiers can also be offered from Tuesday (17 October 2023) is currently being examined.
As soon as the signal box is operational again, City-Bahn will provide information here.
